RETURNS POLICY

If your purchase isn’t suitable, you can return it in line with our policy. Items purchased directly from our website may be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. All returns are inspected. Any items that do not meet our return requirements policy will not be accepted for a refund.

Please ensure the original order slip included in your parcel is returned with your item, as this helps us process your return. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

RETURN COSTS

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

For UK customers, we offer a prepaid Royal Mail return label or QR code. If this is used, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund, in line with our returns policy.

International customers are responsible for arranging & covering the cost of return shipping, using a courier of their choice. We do not currently provide prepaid return labels for international orders.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Refund timelines can vary depending on how quickly your return reaches us. Once your return has been received & inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Processing can take up to 7 days, with your bank or payment provider requiring up to 5 working days for the funds to clear. We recommend keeping proof of return postage until your refund is confirmed.

CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE ORDERS INTO ONE?

Items from different orders must be sent back separately. We’re unable to accept combined returns.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Exchanges are available for the same item in an alternative size only, subject to stock availability.
