RETURNS POLICY
If your purchase isn’t suitable, you can return it in line with our returns policy. Items purchased directly from our website may be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. All returns are inspected. Any items that do not meet our returns policy will not be accepted for a refund.
Please ensure the packing slip included in your parcel is returned with your item, this helps us process your return. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

RETURN COSTS
UK and International customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping using a courier of their choice, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us first and provide photographs of the issue for review. Where a fault is confirmed, a prepaid return label may be provided at our discretion.
If we receive a return and do not accept it after inspection, we will provide a payment link for the cost of return shipping. Once payment has been received, the item will be returned back to you at your expense.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Refund timelines can vary depending on how quickly your return reaches us. Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Processing can take up to 7 days, with your bank or payment provider requiring up to 5 working days for the funds to clear. We recommend keeping proof of return postage until your refund is confirmed.
CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE ORDERS INTO ONE?
Items from different orders must be sent back separately. We’re unable to accept combined returns.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Exchanges are available for the same item in an alternative size only, subject to stock availability.
